On behalf of everyone at FashionPass, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. We know this is an extremely difficult time for everyone but we can and will get through this together. Our focus remains on the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.
We are closely monitoring the situation and we want to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus so all employees who are able to work remotely have been instructed to work from home. Our warehouse remains open and we will continue to process orders. We have taken extra precautions during this time with employees washing and sanitizing hands hourly, a scheduled wipe down and sanitation of all workstations, and we have also separated all workstations in the warehouse to ensure that our employees are as far apart from each other as physically possible. All employees have been provided with gloves and reminded not to touch their faces, mouths or eyes.
Our cleaning process: The health and safety of our customers is always our top priority. Each and every garment goes through a wet clean or dry clean cycle and is then steam pressed at approx. 250°F (according to the CDC viruses are killed above 167ºF). All accessories, including sunglasses, jewelry, belts, and handbags are sanitized with alcohol or disinfectant. We will continue to uphold our cleaning standards for all garments and accessories to ensure the safety of our customers and will be closely monitoring the CDC and WHO for any updates.
We are doing the best we can during this time and we appreciate your patience and support as we all navigate through this together. We are confident that if we stick together during these uncertain times we will all emerge from this even stronger than before.
